- The products sold at Athena Porch and Patio are guaranteed to satisfy! If you are not happy with your purchase or need to return it for any reason, please fill out the return form below. We will make arrangements to exchange, replace, or simply accept your return for a full refund on the original amount of the purchase price less shipping. All refunds will be issued back to the credit card used for the original purchase.
Merchandise must be returned to us prepaid within 15 days of recieving your shipment in "new" unused, undamaged condition and with its original packaging.
(If your shipment was damaged in transit do not return - See below.)
- Shipping Damage:
If an item is damaged in shipping keep all packaging and notify Athena Porch and Patio as soon as possible by email of specific damage. Athena Porch and Patio will handle all correspondence with UPS and arrange for a replacement part or product and return shipping of damaged item with UPS.
If original packaging is discarded before UPS inspects, or damaged items are shipped back to the factory by the customer without authorization from Athena Porch and Patio the replacement claim that Athena Porch and Patio made with UPS on behalf of the customer will be null and void. This will result in a denied damage claim with UPS and replacement or refund will not be issued.
- Warranty Replacement:
If your product is found to be defective or damaged Athena Porch and Patio will, at its discression and expense, replace any parts or products that are found defective within 30 days of purchase. Athena Porch and Patio must be notified by email with supporting pictures or proof of defect of any parts or items claimed to be defective.
In order to process your Exchange or Refund in a timely fashion please follow the steps set out below.
- Fill out the Form below to receive your Return Invoice via email.
- Once you receive your Return Invoice, print it out and attach a copy to the outside of each package being returned.
- For customs purposes the remission value for products returning to original shipper is stated as $10.00. This value must be also noted on the shipping waybill under 'value for customs purposes'. Any shipments returning without this documentation will result in un-nesessary duty and brokerage charges, which will be deducted from any refund owing.
- Repackage (if needed) and ship (pre-paid) back to us through the shipping method of your choice.
- NOTE: If returning for an exchange we will ship a replacement to you at no charge.

- All products must be returned in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts, hardware packs and manuals. Open box items will be inspected and are subject to a restocking fee if any of the above components are not found in good order.
Coverage for insurance, brokerage, duties on returned items is the responsibility of the shipper. A product that has been shipped back to us in used/damaged condition will be refused or may be subject to a restocking fee. When making a return we will provide a credit for the price of the merchandise excluding the shipping charges.
Be it noted that the liability of Athena Porch and Patio is limited to and will not exceed the replacement price of your purchase.
Athena Porch and Patio will not be held liable for any special, incidental or consequential, damage or injury resulting from the possession, use, misuse or loss of the merchandise manufactured and or sold either directly or indirectly through Athena Porch and Patio including our regular and custom ordered manufactured products, wholesale items, or products made by other companies and sold through Athena Porch and Patio.
